Eligibility Requirements
9th and 10th grade students from high schools all over the country are eligible to participate in the Euro Challenge US competition.
Each team must have at least three (3) students and at least one (1) faculty advisor. Advisors are required to attend competition rounds with their students.
Each school may enter up to two (2) teams.
*Title 1 schools, or schools in which 50% or more of students are eligible for free or reduced cost lunch, may enter 11th and 12th grade students into the Euro Challenge US competition.

For the 2025 competition, the cities/regions with regional hosts include:
New York Metropolitan Region (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut) – hosted by Working In Support of Education
Miami Region (Florida) – hosted by the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta Miami Branch and Florida International University
Midwest Region (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Ohio, Wisconsin) – hosted by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
North Carolina Region (North Carolina) – hosted by the World Affairs Council of Charlotte
Pennsylvania Region (Pennsylvania) – hosted by the University of Pittsburgh
Northwest Region (Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Washington) – hosted by Working In Support of Education
Washington, DC (DC, Maryland, Virginia) – hosted by Working In Support of Education
Michigan Region (Michigan)- hosted by Working In Support of Education
Virtual Region (Michigan)- hosted by Working In Support of Education
